Reviews
- Bought sealed and both vinyl were very dirty. So cleaning with okki noki needed. After first round I heard very little crackles and noise. Very well sounded record. Great deep bass and drums, sharp and clear vocals. Good balance. Great record. 4 stars just for the dusts and particles. But if you have RCM, no worries
- Terrible pressing, noisy and way too much bass. If you want a truly great pressing with incredible sound buy the Stars: The Best of 1992-2002 on that record Dolores and the boys sound amazing.
- Her voice was made for analog recording. My copy sounds incredibly quiet and high bass. I love every song I'm this album a perfect compilation album.
- Poor noisy pressing. Tried cleaning on my vacuum RCM but full of surface noise regardless, otherwise would have been a great album.
- Edited 2 years agoGot to agree with the others here: both records were absolutely filthy, covered in dust and particles. I have rinsed them already twice with water and there are still too many pops and crackles. 5th track of side A has some surface noise and I can't tell if it is because of the dirt or a production error.
- I want to say it’s a great record, but sadly can’t give it a 5 star. Amazing compilation and kind of sounds good, but this is the filthiest new record I’ve ever seen. Even after wet cleaning I found myself listening to what sounded like horrible IGD just around the middle of the record, just to find my stylus was completely engulfed in debris.
- Horrible quality control on this pressing, was filthy with debris. I vacuum clean my records before first play, but even after a cleaning there are pops throughout, especially in the quiet parts. Sounds like a VG rating when it should be M.
Update (09/23/22) Invested in a Degritter Ultrasonic cleaner. Ran this record through and it now plays perfectly. Updated to 5 stars.
