Reviews
Show All 20 Reviews- I can confirm what others are saying. Most songs sound great but some sound noticeably more compressed/flat. Though it's not too bothersome to me, the record sounds very good overall. I also really want to mention just how beautiful the translucent dark blue looks, pictures don't do it justice.
- I'm playing this on full blast remembering the good times growing up with these songs. Like others said, it's a good pressing, but noticed some songs sound dull, especially near the end. No complaints, still a solid release and sounds great!
- It sounds pretty good for the most part, but starts to sound really compressed like halfway through the last song on each side
- Got the translucent blue version from some French retailer. Anyone else's copy skipping something awful? Seems to skip every 2 or 3 seconds.
- For a (90s) punkrecord compiled from various recourding sessions spanning the bands career, it really sounds good.
If you play this during a chesscompetition, yes you'll notice compression and some fluctuating in volume. But if you pogo arround in your living room screaming at you girlfriend "why don't you get a job?" this gets the job done and looks sexy too. I'm very happy with this record :)
Set-up:Thorens 160 - Dl103r - Cambridge audio pre and amp - mine arrived with a corner bend. boo-urns! can’t complain for the price though. kinda nervous to listen to it since i’ve only heard “mehh” things.
- I don’t which sound quality was expected from Offspring compilation but my copy is flat, silent and actually quite good. Yes, it sounds compressed but that’s actually Offspring sound as is. I’m absolutely satisfied and recommend it even if you have their albums in collection already. Great compilation!
Color - transparent blue, no black. Bought in EU. - My Lp come in Solid Blue it Sounds realy good for the First Time on Vinyl Version its a nice too have
- Didn't expect much from it since there are so many songs on just one disk. But I actually like it, it's not mind blowing, but the record is quiet and sounds OK.
