IMHO this could be the best live album ever. I am not a huge Nick Cave fan but this album has always made it for me. Like being there for real.
No sound issues at all on my copy, thankfully. Sounds great!
Skips on Tupelo. Testing of many copies suggest a problem with pressing.
B side has a pressing issue, a hazy but repeating smudge of noise all the way thru plain gold ring and part of John Finns wife.
Mate had a similar issue with his copy so pressing quality is a bit here and there from the sounds.
Aside from that solid reproduction of the OG CD.

The SQ is adequate, nothing more. This has always been a raw, intense release so don't expect aural bliss.
There is no indication in the dead wax that Chris Bellman mastered or cut it.

A bit of scratch and pop that is obviously not part of the recording on my copy- but the music is so good it could be played from a tin can and still turn heads.

My copy has a a couple of loud, yet invisible on the surface, pops at the end of the Mercy Seat and elsewhere on Side A. Nothing too bad on sides B and C.
Update: I picked up another copy, and it has the same loud pop at the end of the Mercy Seat which means this is likely a stamper issue.

Incredible pressing! This is truly one of the best live Nick Cave albums out there; hitting hard out of the gate with "The Mercy Seat" and and amazing version of "The Ship Song." The sound quality is amazing and you feel like you're at the show—great separation between the instruments. Awesome colored vinyl, too. Get one if you can!
No issues at all with my copy. Sounds excellent. Red vinyl looks great. Happy to finally see this previously CD-only album on vinyl, so pretty much exactly what you want from a RSD release. Recommended.
My copy skips on side B #3 on a Rega Planar 2 with Rega Carbon pickup. And of course i cant get a replacement from where i bought it on RSD 2022
