A few records came out around this time with Masters At Work and Mood II Swing remixes. Masters At Work were at the peak of their game while Mood II Swing haven't really found their sound yet, here they are copying Mark Kinchen and the production is not nearly as polished as it would be a couple years later.

If you like this sort of sound, it's a decent record - punchy drums, warm chords - but it's totally average and lacks imagination, verve or energy. It doesn't help that the vocal hook is swiped from Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game". As was common at the time with bigger American labels, they let us down by overstuffing the disc, would have been fine as a three tracker.

As said below, well-worth picking up this house classic. I enjoy three of the mixes here (detroit dub, kenlou and MAW). One of the vocals that get's into the brain!

Great record. Another gem found browsing classic house on YouTube. I fell in love with the Kenlou remix and ordered this right away.
