This record was released in 1989, not 1993. This was a big hit at Club Shelter (in NYC). Timmy Regisford and Merlin Bobb played this often. Larry Levan played this song at the Shelter as a guess DJ (on Sep. 14, 1991). Larry passed in 92.

Good ol house music nasty lyrics and deep sound. This track always gets a spin with the right crowd who can appreciate it and not be offended by the lyrics. My people always loved it then and now!

Had it in my arsenal for a long time via an Underground Compilation...straight ,right to the point ,old school house ,highly recommended ,using the keyboard tone/riff so prevalent in 90's HOUSE (I.E. - Crystal Waters - Gypsy Woman (She's Homeless) ...and the most unique thing is that it's a FEMALE doing the lead vocal - One KICK ASS record that deserves repeated spins

I don't like the vocals/lyrics, , but very disappointed that there's no Instrumental or Bonus Beats! I was hoping for it, so I can use it in a set. I'll pass on this one. No stars for this release!
Somehow missed this on release but hearing Larry play it for 20 minutes at Ministry Of Sound made me notice.
This Release is not dated but I've heard from reliable sources (Terry from Dino & Terry, Longtime Garage Djs from Toronto!) that this is a very old release from the late 80s, thats been re-released around 2001-2002. Classic! Totally reminds the educated listener of nyc peech boys type of niche vocal. Oldschool Driving Piano tune, with much character. I was very excited to get a copy of this 12", rare classic house! highly reccommended! I wont be parting with my copy any time soon!
