Issued in a printed single-sided fold-over cover. Pressed on black vinyl with blank red labels and a large center-hole.
Includes a ten-page booklet containing photocopied artwork, lyrics, various writings, credits, and a page advertising other releases on Bachelor. There are two versions of this booklet; it is either printed entirely on white paper and stapled together, or has a cover printed on red paper and is sewn together.
The spelling of track A1 varies slightly between the track listing on the back cover (as "Disco Hijack") and the lyrics page in the booklet (as "Disco-Hijack").
