Not impressed with the mastering or press quality on this one. Mastering sounds a bit boxy when AB'd against the Tidal digital files and the vinyl itself has some surface rumble.
Like a fellow reviewer- side A is disappointing-
With an audible click through much of Hungersite. Same after a wet clean. No scratch at all some kind of pressing glitch. Nice package and the pressing is good otherwise.
Thank you Goose for reinvigorating my drive to find new music again and go to live shows. if you are reading this, just know we all appreciate what you are doing and are putting good vibes out for you guys to keep it together and keep it easy. Peace :)
Edited one year agoUnfortunately my copy has lots of pops on side 1. And a rotational tick during Hungersite that is really annoying. This was after a thorough wet clean. Not the end of the world, but certainly wish it was a cleaner side 1. Anyone else have this?
