A mixed bag of Spanish library-style soundtrack funk and swing.

The first two tracks really zing with their fabulous clippy wah-wah guitar licks. Some others are a bit too MOR with mucho brass and rinky-dink organs.... entertaining but hardly essential. The best tracks have a locked-on bass riff underpinning some wild wah-wah, swirling, psychedelic organ and a pinch of fuzz to even things out.
Look out for vol. 2 as it's very much part of the same trip.

If you like late 60s/70s sleazy MOR funk library style then take a chance, especially if you see 'em cheap.... there's much to enjoy.
