Reviews
- Mine is silent but came with some crap on it which i wiped off. Sound stage is absolutely awesome on this one. Domino seem to be smashing it on all their Alex G releases, really takes the album to another level. Feels like a lot of care and attention went into it. Other labels ought to take a few notes.
- Not sure where it was pressed (says Canada). Mine isn't overly 'noisy' (clicks here and there, fine). It's just a really overly trebly master, and even with a bunch of EQ on my amp it's still just hi-hat city. Too bad because it's a great album.
- a bit noisy between tracks out of the sleeve, but the mix is fking fantastic. thinking about the contrast of sound between the quiet parts on mission, and the engulfing wall of noise at the end of side A and the beginning of side B. quiet pops here n there between tracks, otherwise a fantastic pressing in a beautiful gatefold jacket.
