Mfd. in U.K.
This version is the "first label, revised cover" version:
Dark green labels with a whole apple on the A-side label and a half, sliced-open apple on B-side. The labels have the "(An E.M.I. Recording)" text on two lines and small "33 1/3" text moved to the left side. Publishing year printed with a small ℗ symbol. The B-side label does not have "Her Majesty" credits. The labels are quite dark, although the actual shade of green varies between copies.

I founded a poster (Abbey road-Beatles tour & discography) Inside a US cover with no record (SO-383). I can't find a release speaking about it. Is there someone who can tell me Something about it? Thank you.

Can someone help me? My copy is a 1969 copy, uncroped cover, with the thin text on side A and thick text on side B, and it's a Rockaway press. Help!

Rare Misprint? My copy is a Canadian Capitol Records pressing with catalog #SO-383. It has the purple label with the Capitol logo on top. Here's where it gets interesting: SIDE A is actually SIDE A of Pink Floyd's "Atom Heart Mother" while the second side is SIDE B of Abbey Road as it should be. There's very little info online and no listing for it on this site. Anyone got the same copy or some info on it?

Apple so-383. Cover front photo cropped so you don't see sewer drain. Back E.M.I recording text bottom left corner. No year. Next to Apple records insignia is a sticker reads 72M FOR SALE TO U.S. MILITARY ONLY. Record has whole green Apple on side 1. MFG. BY APPLE RECORDS. INC in green. Recorded in England. Matrix number is etched 1-383-F-44. Side 2 has produced by George Martin above it. Track 11 Her Majesty is listed on the record but not on the cover. Matrix number is etched so-2-383-H-47

Hello, i have some difficulties to identi my version.
The back cover have : "fabriqué et publié en france par [PATHE MARCONI] [EMI] réédition de 1978"
but when i check the french version of 78, i can't find my record (not the same labels, and it's written parlophone on mine, not like the pictures shows. could it be the disc and the cover are from two separate version?

August 25, 2018it is one of those rare records you simply cannot take the needle off the record and skip to another track but let it play in its entirety, which is why i love this album so much.
it's a shame that so many different Mastering variations were utilized, making it extremely difficult to guess which version would sound the best, and as such many of us were not happy with the version we purchased.
After listening to this album in its many versions for over 30 years, I myself found that this particular version The Beatles - Abbey Road offfers a great balance of sound, albeit a reissue.
