- This is not an album, but a work of art. This limited edition, with this transparent blue vinyl, is superb.
- I’ve just bought two copies from Amazon, hype sticker attached directly to the cover but both of them came with plain smooth cover with no embossing or band name and title printed on it. Maybe there’s another pressing?
- Putain ! cet album est top ! Pressage nickel ! J'ai le cd de 90 et pareil il faut pousser le volume à fond... et profiter 😛
- Amazing sounding. I’m very pleased with how this sounds. But MY hype sticker was NOT affixed to the jacket directly, but on the shrink wrap. I peel off and keep all my hypes, and was glad I could salvage it.
- Edited 9 months agoSounds good to me. I always play this - and Going Blank Again - at LOUD volume. These records sing then!!!! Its at times like this I feel very fortunate to live in the middle of nowhere with no neighbours for half a mile, and in a flat with walls two feet thick !!!
So, yeah. PLAY THIS MUTHA LOUD.
Lovely sleeve too.
5/5 - Edited 11 months agoAmazing pressing! This thing sounds so good. Huge improvement over the digital format IMO. More clarity and the bass punches like crazy. Just saw these guys live last Monday so I have a clear picture of how they sound. Got it at retail at a good price. Get this while it’s still available cuz it’s amazing. It is slightly annoying that the hype sticker is on the actual album itself but if you’re careful it should come off without too much residue on the album. I have a bit of a white smudge from it that I can’t get out but it’s very minimal. I then stick it on my poly outer sleeves like all my other albums. Anyway, this ain’t enough to not buy this. It’s a must have for the Shoegaze fans.
- Liked it, sounds great through my system and am happy to own it at the right price.
Slightly annoying they placed a sticker to the cover - as others have said. But the pressing sounds great and the color is very nice indeed. Thanks! - Edited one year agoAgree, that the volume is a little lower than an average. Luckily my preamp has an adjustable output knob where I can add 4db or subtract 10db, so was able to compensate. Record sounds phenomenal. Only mildly disappointing that hype sticker is on actual jacket.
- Excellent reissue! The sleeve looks great, with embossed RIDE logo and Nowhere album title. The curacao blue vinyl is simply amazing to look at and my copy sounds flawless. Get it.
