Reviews
- Those who listened to the Tiesto concert in Gelredome will know why this is such a magical song. It fits perfect in the big room atmosphere. 100+ times I heared this song and the haunting breakdown still gets me, especially the limited vocals added to it.
- Been dusting down some old 12"ers and found this gem, Phantom Manor is still one of my all time faves. Its' dark, it's brooding and it pounds along with the dark riffs and synths underpinning it all the way.
A track that's easy to get lost in when listening and then realise it's over all too soon.
I reckon that any Mario remake Nintendo should make Phantom Manor the new theme tune for Bowswer's Castle. - gonna start off by saying i'm not a trance fan really at all. however, if you happen to be reading this and you're not into trance either, pick this one up anyway. both sides sound brilliant when played at 33 speed, especially while intoxicated.
- Edited 18 years agoHoly mother of Evil. This tune is so twisted and sinister it's hard not to go totally sick on the dancefloor..but in a good way. Sinister, dark synth riff bringing everyone to their knees....cue kickdrums of death entering into the fray after the breakdown making this a howlin' tech-trance tune! Rush comes on the other side of the spectrum in terms of sound. Whereas Phantom Manor is twisted and sinister, Rush is light, and melodic. Don't be fooled though...the end of the breakdown heralds a pounding drum pattern, guaranteed to knock some clubbers to the ground. Bangin'!
