Doesn’t sound bad, but it would’ve sounded better across 2xLPs giving the songs/grooves enough space to have more dynamics. Not to mention it would’ve avoided cutting 2 of the song outros out. Had they gone the 2xLP route, they could’ve included the b-side from this era, “December In Sweden” as well. A great song!
For first time vinyl issues like this from albums that are 10+ years old, it’d be awesome to include all the bonus tracks and extras. If they do About A Burning Fire, I would hope that they’d include the b-side, “I Know Why You Dress In Black” on the pressing.- Sounds good to my ears! Only issue I have with this pressing is that most of Side B's longer outros to the songs are truncated (or faded out) in order to save space on the LP. Not a huge deal, but could definitely benefit from a 2x LP pressing in the future.
