I have a mono copy, purchased 1971. Only cat# is CL 1041. Label is two-eye, Runout is XLP41762-1AG / XLP41763-1AB. "Printed in U.S.A." I can't find this combination in any of the versions, and since I've never been able to get off CIP I can't add it. Can anyone provide any info on this? Thanks!

"Miles reportedly was unhappy about the album's original cover" = this photography was also/then used for the Columbia LP Various - Musica Para Sus Vacaciones, for wich I would like to know the release date..
