Finally! I finally have this in my collection and boy was it worth the wait.

The record arrived in Germany after two months and surprisingly wasn’t as beaten up as I expected it to be. Sure, one corner was sliiiiightly bent and the inner sleeves had seam splits but that’s it. I swapped the inner sleeves out so that’s all good. I didn’t have to pay any import tax, like I did when I ordered Endless, which was a positive surprise.

The gatefold is chunky, and I mean chuuunky. It has a matte texture and feels really nice! You’ll need big outer sleeves if you wanna sleeve it up.

The records are flat, without any warps and they arrived clean without any scuffs or scratches at all. Whilst the music isn’t high fidelity, it does sound amazing. There’s almost no surface noise so you can turn it up quite loud without any sacrifice.

I know it’s a lot for a double LP — I paid roughly 70€ all in — but in my opinion, as a big fan, it’s worth every penny!

another dented corner, another pair of inner sleeves with shredded seams, another collector mostly happy to have an official pressing of this legendary record

So literally no one is gonna mention that we just payed 80 bucks for a (fantastic) double-album, a poster and a lyric book that is INCOMPLETE because there are frickin' TROLL SENTENCES written big right in the middle of the foldout... now that I re-checked the blonded website it did show the lyric book had these sentences covering the actual lyrics but who actually noticed it and who wasn't mad when they figured they absolutely got scammed !? I'm surprised I don't see anyone mention it. To me this is sadly another example of Frank trolling his fans and I'm not pleased by it. Awesome listen and packaging though.

Not normally my type of music, but having read how highly regarded this album is, I listened on streaming before deciding to get a copy on vinyl. Based on the majority of the reviews here, I had high hopes. The presentation of the record, and quality of the tip-on sleeve, and printing quality is really good. My records are flat and well centred. I vacuum cleaned them before playing. Anyone who says this is the best sounding record in their collection either has a pretty average sounding collection, or the equipment on which it is being played may be rather limited in its ability to play back with high fidelity. The sound quality is 'pretty good' - there are a few pops and crackles but nothing too distracting. The recoding is quite lo fi and the sound overall sound is good not certainly not outstanding in a 'hi fi' sense. I'm very happy to have the album on vinyl because it's great much, and probably sounds as good as it is going to sound.

Not pops or scratches, Quality of the cover and the records is incredible. I am very happy with my purchase and it's very much worth the $80 i payed. My copy was also not warped at all, not sure why people's copies are getting warped.

My copy came in a bit warped but it doesn't affect the playback at all. My copy sounds awesome! Yes it does have a bit of surface noise and it is a bit expensive, but honestly, for how much I love this album and how awesome this sounds (as a person who doesn't really mind surface noise too much, as long as it's still listenable) I'd say, for me, it was worth it. So happy to finally have this album, especially an official pressing!

I have the latest reissue and unfortunately, it has a skip on "Solo". Also: record sleeves sit very tight in the cover. Disappointed considering the price.

Mastering is awesome. Vinyl itself is absolutely SHIT. SO NOISY the surface noises cover the music in multiple songs. Tried cleaning multiple times but nothing does it. Contacted the client support for a replacement: completely unacceptable for such an expensive record.

I have really beaten up 70s pressings that sound less noisy than this. They should be ashamed of this.

Came with a simple (but thick) paper sleeve that could receive a prize for the biggest amount of static I’ve ever seen. Arrived at mine already ripped, btw.

GZ being GZ again: they should be banned. This is ridiculous.

You weirdos need to stop making new variants every time a sticker's shape is changed or some similar insignificant change is found.

Echo what others said with regards to shipping records in very tight sleeve etc.
fantastic pressing, such a great recording
