I have been after this for a long time even though it's not mega rare. Finally found it around four months ago. I prefer the United States cover of this to the UK. Neither totally represent the sound but I digress.
Musical heritage society normal put out classical releases but they also have a little bit of jazz sprinkled in. The Jazz that they did ranged from free to Joplin. I still get all the covers confused... I have purchased the Friedrich Gulda, Albert Heath + Jimmie Rowser "Gulda Jazz" before thinking it was this. Very wrong but that LP is not bad. Not my thing, uptempo was the best word I could remember to describe it.
This lp is the best one I know on the label. Dusko is a phenomenal player, very serious. Almost like a Freddy Hubbard when he was more conscious sounding.
Half of this lp, primarily the A side doesn't speak to me yet, but the back has some deep gems. His original track, Bosna Calling, is intense with that European folk sound. It's kinda spiritual and I think it was on a Jazzman comp? Regardless, it's worth it for that one track alone.
His Duke Pearson cover is slow, beautiful and serene. This full lp could have fit into the Blue Note catalog.

Really great album. Recording quality is awesome. Vinyl is quite thin but the sounds really good. Cover is extremely simple.
