- This variant is "Made in Poland" for everyone?
Because I don't see it mentioned here.
Also, why the uncertainty about the release year? It's not a 2014 release?
Anyway, packaged very well and sounds very good. - My copy is "Made in Poland" and it has vinyl 2 repeated....and it doesn't have vinyl 1. Be careful!! Wrong copies in this version
- Very good pressing, out of all post 2014 reissue this is best EU pressing, better than GZ pressed or colored ones.
On this version they have toned down the boomy bass and has made it more balanced and pleasent on the ear, still has over blown top end but that an inherent choice they made while remastering in 2014.
The 2014 QRP variant is still the better out of two, and has a warm sound, but this is a big improvement over GZ pressing. - Absolutely fantastic pressing that blows the digital out of the water. Great mastering, poly-lined inner sleeves, nice booklet, and I'm glad they replaced the hideous gatefold that came in the original pressing with better artwork. One of the best pressings in my collection.
- The music of the 4th album of soundgarden is incredible - of course!
This release is fantastic! The package is rather simple but really excellent pressing, hardly audible groove noise, superb sound, bone-dry, ready to play loud. And if you do this you will be happy and blown away. No matter via loudspeakers or headphones.
Also I'm satisfied that the vinyl comes with lined innersleeves - perfect!
Wife compatibility guaranteed 😂

[Sony PS-X60 / Yamaha AX-570 (built in phonostage) / AT-VM95C (ok, ok...) / VM95ML/ Ortofon Vinylmaster Blue] - The band's smart album. Good, hard, alternative rock. In places it reminds me a lot of Nirvana.
At the beginning of side A, a cyclical "salute" of light clicks is heard, disappearing by the end of the first track. The discs are heavy (~190 grams), the mass is quiet. According to my feeling, the balance on the first side is slightly shifted to the right channel. Side B is slightly convex — the central clamp helps. On this side, the balance is already even. On the second disk, the hole is very narrow — with great difficulty I installed it on the pin. But the disk is smooth and centered well. I didn't hear any distortions to the apple on either side. The starting tracks are wide enough — it is very convenient to put a head with a needle.
The envelope (sleeve) is made of very thick cardboard with good printing. The design of the cover is for an amateur, but the inner spread is beautiful. As I understood on this anniversary edition, the cover picture is slightly different from the original edition — the color of the forest at the bottom of the picture. The enclosed booklet is also beautiful. The lyrics are given without dividing into lines (in a solid paragraph), and their titles are written like puzzles — the first time you need to try hard to read them. Very original and interesting. The inner envelopes are classic — white with inner cellophane — thanks for that.
In general, the sound is very good — rich timbre (bold), elastic and collected bottom, clear middle. Where the detail of the tools is needed, it is there. In general, the mixing of the album really pleased my ears.

[[AT-LP140]+[AT-VM95SP]+[PJ-PhonoBoxS2Ultra] - Im not gonna lie.....this pressing sounds just awesome. The drums kills with punch. Solid packaging.
- Just received a brand-new copy of this release. I am very impressed. Very flat and impressively weighed vinyl, that is dead quiet and gives a deep and robust sound across all tracks. Definitely sounds like it has been mastered for vinyl, as the characteristics are much nicer than my CD copy, or from the MQA streamed through Tidal.
Very similar to https://www.discogs.com/release/5757840-Soundgarden-Superunknown but it has no hype sticker, no download coupon, and very different runouts.
My copy also came with the labels on the second disc around the wrong way. Side C has the D label, and D has the C label.
Anyone know where this version was pressed? Doesn't appear to be GZ.
Put through a full wash cycle then a full autocycle (wash and dry) on my HuminGuru before being played on a Pro-ject DC Evo with Ortofon 2M Blue, through the MM phono stage of the Cambridge Audio Evo 150, to my ears though a pair of Klipsch Heresy IV.
