Following Blizzard of Ozz, here is the much anticipated second post-Sabbath effort from Ozzy, 1981. Compared to the former, the writing is not quite as good. Randy's playing is top-notch(no surprise). But best of all, the sound of this record is dialed in perfectly. The engineering and mastering is as good as it gets for 80s metal. Crank this record and it sounds even better.
I recently upgraded my stylus to the Nagaoka MP-150. I'm hearing more detail in this record than I ever remembered before. It is like discovering a new piece of music.
This is my childhood copy from back in the day. I've kept it in near perfect condition. Excellent pressing.
Four stars. Recommended.

One of my favorite albums. This is my original copy I bought when I was in high school and the sound is still amazing. I bought the RM to see if I was missing anything, and honestly they sound almost identical. Excellent sound on both copies. My RM has a little less surface noise because it’s not 40 years old but other then that both solid copies. DONT get the RM of BOZ - straight [email protected] Sounds like they used a cassette tape for the source.
