Harsh electronics, rhythmic noises and some eerie harsh melodies, bass, electronic percussion and beats, with angry darkish vocals, all of this are recorded into great songs that are composed, not improv non-sense. This album is also available in a 2006 4 CD box set titled Archive but I would like to see a CD remaster of this I Staggered Mentally album only with the original 1982 front album cover. They have a 2015 vinyl release, how about a CD because not everyone buys vinyl again.

An excellent record, way ahead of it's time and a definite influence on Skinny Puppy. You can hear the classic Ogre style vocals on the track 'Karsic'. Also on the track 'All Present And Correct' you can hear one of the first uses of the Roland TB-303 way before the Acid house era. If you are a fan of Cabaret Voltaire you will love this - very underrated!
