The Bergsonist remix is so good - I love what she did with DG’s vocal. I really like how DM continue to do remix packages like this — interesting to hear Nik Void, Herbert and Luke Slater take on DM after all their amazing work in their own right. Unfortunate that it’s not available on vinyl.

Pleasantly surprised at the recent discussion below, and how many here are speaking honestly about listening, and not just collecting, of DM.

Been collecting (and more importantly, listening to) DM since 1983, but I cannot get my head around a completist mentality of having unlistenable versions which you'll never listen to....just for the sake of completeness.

If it's good, buy it and listen to it.

If a remix augments, enhances, and reenergizes my interest in a given track (and the band), and shows the mixer's respect for DM, I'm 100% for that. But if it's an annoying, irritating and generic remix...and it makes you wonder why you even have it in your collection...then I don't understand the point of that.

Because I know I'll never listen to a bunch of highly inferior remixes (ie 9 unlistenable versions of Wagging Tongue...not including the vinyl mixes).

But, as it's been pointed out here, we're dealing with the music business, which as we've seen again and again with DM, hasn't really been about fans since they signed with Sony in 2012 (the disappointing MODE box, 12" vinyl-focused campaign, cassettes, etc). Grabbing hands to be sure.

You might've thought/hoped that the move off Mute could've brought incredible resources of a major label to produce some innovative remixes for long time fans (and new fans)...and not some other "market", but sadly, no.

Timely discussion here, as I've recently been listening to 800+ DM tracks in my library up to Memento Mori (not completist by any means), and remembering why I liked some particular remixes, and others, not so much.

      Appreciate the discussion...enjoy the music.

This needs a 12" vinyl extended version release. 7"s do not cut it, its just the same as the LP version. A long mix with B side instrumental mix like the good old 80s days. I see no 12" coming out anywhere.

Quite surreal that Dave Gahan isn't in the credits listed above.

Is this getting a 12” release? I’m surprised there hasn’t been any news on this yet.

Great song. Ok sound but cover is too small, it's hard to take out the record. Central hole also too small.
