I have this tune, I play it on every jungle set. It's my all time favourite along with some Ss, tango n ratty, and Ray kieth, I'd possibly sell for £80 I'd miss it though.

I wouldn't personally describe this as a classic.... I dont feel its aged too well.... Typical ragga dancehall jungle... Nowt special ;)

I like the tracks, but I don't get why it's the 'most sought after'. Certainly there are more widely sought after tracks.

Gotta agree with assassinrotterdam, this is one of the most sought after and explosive jungle tunes of all time. Worth every penny however much you pay.

Mash dem down.

"Every crew, lord, ah mi seh put up you hand"(Asher D-Still Kicking) a perfect sample to start off this dark tune ,the side A of this record!

AAAhh what a killer tune this is ,the "jungle" anthem of all time,I can play this tune over and over, and over, the two boys from England ,who made this ep,i think never realised what an impact this tune would have for the "JUNGLE""scene.
As you can see many "junglists" are still after this tune and belevie me, you will not get this tune for less than 60 Pounds (80 euros). I think that this is one of the most wanted jungle releases, along with some other ones which are also listed on discogs.

The funny thing about this ep,is that both sides are compeletley the same tune, the only thing is that the B side, has a longer intro with a reggae melody (for about half a minute) and then the tune goes on pretty much the same as the A side, but nevertherless the B side is a killer track as well even though it"s pretty much the same.
My favourite part is towards the end ,where there is a breakdown, and then these four words appaer from your speakres,"Earthquake ,Lightnin ,and Thunda "Asher D" after that the tune bursts in to a fierce reese bass and of course, not to forget the wikkid guntalk(s)"People Dead" (Bounty Killer) followed by the Amen break sample(s) ,reggae melody(s) and some gunshot/army sampels, my gosh i can hardly sit qwiet as iam playing the tune now ,whlie writing this comment:).BloodClaat Bass Drums inna mi living room.

There were three remixes done of this track, one was remixed by Smokey Joe (JM 004 UK 1995 VIP mix)on Labelo Blanco Collective.
Smokey Joe aka Joe Brodie, and Tobi Brodie(who is one half of Rude & Deadly) must be brothers , but i could be wrong !

The other remix is done by Rude&Deadly on Smokers Inc records (SINC 1200),which is a drum n bass version of Lighting And Thunda, but the flip side contains, the Original version named "Give Me A Dubplate".There are also some single sided 12 inches pressed with only the drum and bass "97 version.

The 3rd Remix was in 2005 done by the artist named "16 Armed Jack"(CAN) he made a remix of this tune the ep is called (The Return Of 16 Armed Jack).
New Skool Jungle style which is not a bad remix of the tune at all,it was done on ,Illegal Records 002 (CAN).

Truly the Original version is the one I recommend YOU All should get !!
Earthquake, Lighting and Thunda!! .....I love the sample......
Big Up to all JunglisT dem, and to Rude & Deadly for making this tune !
