Reviews
- Edited one year agoI buy this because I am a Rush fanatic. Plus it was on sale on Amazon briefly for $109. Their boxsets are consistently disappointing for the price, but not if you have the room and the $$. But here the BR disc is outstanding. The 7"s seem like a nice touch but nothing special. Red Barchetta live from ESLeft? Witch Hunt Radio edit...Big deal. Try to get on sale.
- One of my favorite albums, so had to have it. IMO, this is worth it for the 7 inches alone. Great all around package. Only gripe is that they should have featured the original artwork in some way.
- Only one LP and four 7" vinyl discs plus the CD's. It's just not worth the cost of admission. Everyone should just stop buying this over priced crap that gets more expensive every year while giving us less.
- Edited one year agoFirst why not a stereo REMIX ????????????????????????????? This has got to be in terms of price and what's in it the lamest expensive box set I have ever seen ... Where do you write reviews where you can choose the yellow stars I have yet to find it .... Or maybe I'm blind or something ... They could of made this a deluxe edition for 39,95 then ok but 210.00 .... Even being a well not 100 percent of a Rush fan because not of all they're albums are like masterworks. To me after Hold Your Fire and when changed to Atlantic I don't know how many titles were they like 15 titles including the live stuff ( exclude the live stuff because they were a awesome live band regardless but some of those CD's which became LP's I don't play every year .... )
- My 7" single that claims it is Red Barchetta Live, label and packaging, is actually another song of New World Man!
- I wouldn't blame anyone for passing on this due to the price, but the Dolby Atmos mix is a major upgrade. Having both the Signals 2011 and this release. Richard Chycki created a much more enjoyable mix. Like the 40th Moving Pictures mix, this sounds awesome. The surround sounds isn't gimmicky and gets better on each track. Countdown is like I thought it should have been done in 2011.
- Sounds beautiful and the blu ray is out of this world great, wish they had some live stuff as the other supers had but over all it freaking rocks 🤘🤘🤘🤘
