Synfonica is one of the greatest trance tunes of all time. Released by Eye Q co-founder Matthias Hoffman, it's instantly recognizable with its gothic piano melody, and that HUGE synth line that gets layered over it. Great composition, super engaging, never a boring moment. It's absolutely perfect, timeless trance that is right up there with the best of them.

Finally! Ive been trying to find this track for literally 21 years, heard it on a DJ Aztec cassette tape (remember them?!) from Helter Skelter in 1993. Beautiful, building classic trance, frankly, I can't stop listening to it.

First heard Synfonica played by DJ Edge (UK) at a party in Sydney in 93. Instant goose bumps. My favourite electronic track of all time. The song from top to bottom is flawless. The piano is good, haunting but beautiful. Absolute beast of a track. Timeless classic!

Synfonica is such a great example to set for electronic music. Brilliant and lush, moody and energetic. Like many other EYE Q releases, the production is flawless, the choice in instruments is perfect, and the outcome is a track that still sounds great 11 years later.
