- Edited 2 years agoCompared to the digital version, this pressing just doesn't hold up. Mine sounds distant and a bit muddy compared to the crispness of the mp3.
- Anyone have the matrix runouts for this pressing? Is in the NRP pressing? Only other NRP pressing I can find on Discogs is on white vinyl...
- Dan the Automator and Del the Funky Homosapien (et al) were so ahead of their time with this album, crafting a post-apocalyptic, dystopian themed album. Sci-Fi Hip-Hop is a genre that should be further explored.
Simply magnificent. - Edited 11 years agoReissue of a Hip-Hop classic. This album is über dope, absolute must have for any Hip-Hop lover. Del the funky homosapien as Deltron spits his unique style over dope space themed weird Dan the Automator beats while Koala does some crazy scratching to give it that finishing touch. The drums on these beats are ill and dirty sounding you will love it. Dans use of the samples are insane tie fighters, sounds from the game doom, etc. Positive contact, 3030, madness, time keeps on slipping, and memory loss are my favoritetracks on here pure hip hop classics. If you don't have an original copy you should cop this reissue you won't regret it trust me you might even need two copies!
