Considering it, after repeated listening, and especialy for session March 11, 1976 : this is by far my favorite recording of both Arthur Doyle and Milford Graves at the peak of their wilderness. There's a powerful voodoo going on here. Definitively a quintessential document of what free jazz could be at its extreme.

Fantastic reissue package of vital music, great quality all around, highly recommended if you want to hear sounds that can DO something. Having heard this a few times, I've actually taken to playing sides C/D first, as sides A/B build up toward an incredible climax, imo, that is hard to top.
