I have a sort of "misprint" version on the labels as labels for both albums have songs for record two listed on the labels. However record one does in fact play the correct songs.

I'll go ahead and review since there isn't any real info on this release. Bought at a record store in 1996 with an import, made in England sticker. I took care the record and it retains not a scuff to this day. Listened recently and I would say compared to later presses, it has a more raw and roomy feel to it not unlike the original 1994 CD release. Dynamic range is great, I don't hear any compression and it plays without surface noise. Having heard newer pressings of NiN albums from 2017, this sounds more "faithful" to the general engineering aesthetics of that era in NIN history but I can't say it's necessarily "better" than the nicely remastered 2017s which sound great and are punchier and louder. I prefer the 1994.

Of the three copies of this album I have, this particular Catalog number in my collection has PJ Harvey's "Rid of Me" on Side A, although all print on the album and sleeve are correct for "The Downward Spiral".
