Watt says 300 were pressed, so how do so many more say they have this? I guess maybe an identical repress happened?

Awesome record... This is one of my top records. The fusion of funk, jazz, punk and anger is one of the best combinations that exists. Hints to enjoy this record, try to get into the abrasive but enjoyable music, and have a lyric sheet handy because you will need it to fully understand these songs.
