While looking back on my own journey through music from a UK perspective, this & the '10 To Midnight' E.P remind me of what a strong scene we had. As well as bleeps, you can bang this straight in the early house/techno/acid classics category.

Magic times caught on wax, not from Detroit, Chicago or NYC- but sharing the same underground creativity & intelligence. Pure analog delights. The only bad memories were regular wonky petrol station meals at around 7am somewhere on the M1 motorway... Not missing that quite as much ;-) Class E.P.

Poor old Luton...no one ever seems to talk about how important & influential Chill records were [in their early days especially] yet so many go on about Sheffield [no offence, Sheff]
        Wicked EP, anyway : )
