Notes

George Garabedian - Tijuana Taxi is a similar promotional release that was produced for other brands using a different track listing and catalog number.

Track A1 is listed as "Cabaret" on the back sleeve.

Your local franchised Taco Bell owner takes pleasure in making available for you this "musical pinãta." A Surprise package of fun and excitement, carefully blending the traditional mariachi flavor with the sound and beat of musical America. The success of such careful blending parallels the success story of Taco Bell as proven by the overwhelming acceptance and growth of the organization and its franchise owners.

Taco Bell's five delicious food items, the taco, tostado, burrito, frijoles and chili burger are as authentic as the pinãta and the mariachi band, yes, as authentic and exciting as Mexico itself.

The creative methods of making available to the public such authenticity is what makes Taco Bell the leader in its field. Whether you are a customer of long standing with Taco Bell or whether you obtained this album on your first visit, we value highly the opportunity to serve you and will continue to maintain the high standards of quality and service that every customer deserves.

Enjoy the album, enjoy the food, for it's our pleasure to make both available to you.

Hasta qué nos vemos...

was taco bell actually more authentic in the 60s? or is this a load of american-mexican food nonsense? if they said that stuff on the liner notes today they would get sued. Upon first listen this music is a bit bland and generic sounding, perhaps only for hard core bell fans.
