Must have gotten lucky with this, because the press is flawless. Great sound, too - a winner in my book!

Off center pressing. Like badly off center. Love the album. Got it on cd.

Bought this recently with some trepidation following the reviews about a bad pressing. Just played my copy without a prior clean on my Project VC-S2 and it sounds wonderful and extremely quiet. Some people think coloured vinyl sounds worse than black, but not in my experience.

Fine work from Steven Wilson as usual but the pressing is rather bad.

Such great sounding music, muddled by a terrible pressing…super noisy. I’ll be looking for a different pressing altogether.

Loved this album for a long time - I treasured my old German pressing. The new mix is superb, yet respectful of the original. The sound is excellent and the object is beautiful but the pressing is really bad. I had 2 copies and had to send them back. Both were really noisy and slighly off centered (which really affects the sound of the piano). I gave up with the vinyl, I ordered the CD. It's a shame, really, since the sound was warm and well defined...

Excellent record. Musically it’s a nice addition for a Floyd fan, but nothing to write home about. Not a fan of anything other than black vinyl, but this disk, although with a small cup warp, is 100% noise and pop-free. Excellent pressing.

I love this album that Richard did and Steven Wilson's remix really gives it so much more depth and energy. My press was definitely dirty on side one, some rough areas and really bad pops from the start of the first track. Taking multiple cleaning runs to get this to play "clean". The vinyl is very flat though and just sounds amazing. Not going to ding the review based on the dirt, especially since others are getting very clean copies.

The music of Wet Dream is not a revelation by any means; however, it's an album that Wright recorded in between Animals and The Wall by Pink Floyd, incorporating many of the classic elements of his characteristic sound that we admire so much.

This remix by Steven Wilson greatly strengthens the original mix, which, in my opinion, was not very solid, with a rather weak drum and bass sound. The good news is that, with Wilson's approach, Wet Dream goes from being an average album to one that any Pink Floyd collector should have in their collection.

As for this pressing, fortunately, we have a very well-mastered album that allows the music to shine without feeling overwhelming at any moment. Additionally, although my record arrived slightly warped, I have to report that the pressing is quiet, without any noise.

                    4 out of 5 stars.

Really digging this new Steven Wilson mix and it has translated well to Vinyl. My A side is pretty warped, though, so I’ll be getting a replacement.

Edit: I’m on my third copy now and it is still warped, but a bit less. A bit noisy in quieter passages.
