its crazy i listen to music with anywhere from 5 to 10 names associated to the albums she has about 50 to 60, there is nothing personnel about her music, i wonder what it would sound like if you took away all those producers and engineers and musicians.

This is a terrific pressing. Great overall sound – wide, deep and clear. Silent run ins, and no dirty pops and crackles, zero sibilance. I am always worried these days when it's anyone but Optimal or Record Industry but this is fantastic out of the sleeve. I only used my ZeroStat to get it actually out of the inner sleeve, and had to zap each side again to remove even more static before playing it. Apart from that just a dry brush (Super Exstatic) before dropping the needle (Ortofon OM 10 on a Technics SL1700-MK2).

i can still hear the buzzing on this vinyl for sure. it’s not as loud but certainly is there. was especially present on Style.

I was a bit wary when all these 1989 TVs were pressed on pastel colors, but I am pleasantly surprised with this pressing! With my VM95ML, there's no clicks, pops, skips, or obvious surface noise. The discs are also nice and flat, evenly colored, and there's no compression/IGD. This sounds better than streaming, everything sounds cleaner/crisper. And none of that weird buzzing that was on the streaming versions (and since fixed) is apparent here.

My side C so far seems to have some pretty noticeable surface noise n sibilance almost all the way through

              Say Don't Go has a skip :(

My record hasn't even been dropped off at USPS yet. Is anyone else having the same problem? I emailed them and they said to wait another week. They have this variant at my local record store, so I'm probably going to get that until I get some sort of closure on this whole situation

Edit: It finally came after like three weeks of waiting

Sounds great as others have said. Sadly mine has a small seam split at the top, but that is pretty normal anymore for new records.

Ordered it from the (German) webstore and received a misprint (B side has a misplaced label out of center). Rest is as perfect as claimed by all others here, but no idea if my copy is a one off or if more copies (that are flipped for crazy money) have this defect, i.e. can’t be played entirely…
