It’s everything I wanted it to sound like. Plays nice with barely any surface noise

A seriously adorable pop album, that holds all promises made by last year's single, and even outdoes them.
Eleven charming songs clearly in the 60s girls band tradition, with glockenspiels, echoes and handclaps galore, but the sound and production aren't looking towards 'retro' : firm, clear, crisp and loud enough, and also quite modern and electronic in the details (listen through headphones and be pleased), this is a solid 2011 pop record that will stand the test of time courtesy of proper, both catchy and candid song-writing skills (honestly not a really weak song in here, personal favorites being "Walk At Night" and "Never Saw The Point", added to the already classics "Go Outside" and "Most Wanted"). A fresh and sugary delight.
