- Fantastic tunes, excellent production and loud pressing (not noisy..) It really comes to life on my set up at home and I’d imagine on a good large system in a club would sound even better
A lovely time capsule of quite possibly the best era for r & b/dance music, lovingly remixed by THE DJ of this era, Larry Levan.
In my opinion, every one of these mixes beats the LP mixes by Steven Stanley.
I hear that all these tracks were staples at the Paradise Garage...judging from the response at current reunion parties, I would have to agree.
The cd issue has even MORE tracks, some of which were previously unreleased.
