Very solid bluesy psych rock album that was produced by Tommy James. Highly overlooked and surprisingly cheap to find considering other similar sounding albums on the paramount label of this era are highly sought after. My favorite tune was the closer funny kind of feeling

Variety is thankfully the spice of life. So a couple of reviews that say the record is crap (salt) and I say it's much better than it's obscurity warrants (pepper). Perhaps it's in the purchase? I, like jedidale wrote in '22, found this reasonably cheap. $7 if memory serves and was very pleasantly surprised at the value my $7 exchange brought. Better than numerous others that I've paid 9-10 times (and more) the price of, but no masterpiece either. It's mainly blues rock with some psych touches and great period flavor. If being dated is a non negotiable then this isn't the album for you, but it does have some really nice moments.
Along with Apothecary, May Blitz and Affinity, it's one of the best Paramount offering's I've heard. And the album art is pretty cool as well.

Just found this record at antique mall for $14 and bought it based on the year of release, name and logo and cover. I must say it is really cool. Worth much more than $1

Luckily came here to check the price and listen to the videoclips as somebody was advertising this as a super rare psychedelic record on ebay and I didn't know it. Hm… I don’t get the point where this album is „psychedelic“. Psychedelic was dead by that time and these guys sound exactly like this, in my opinion: Some very masculine stoner blues rock and a few average ballads trying too hard to rehash a sound that was outdated by then. Would possibly buy it if I found it in a 1 dollar bin though.
