Show All 14 Reviews- I’ve got 2 copies of this, neither of them have the matrix in the listing “WAP LP”. Nor do I see any mention of WAP LP on the record or jacket.
On mine, the runout says:
Matrix / Runout (Side A Runout Etching):
WARP LP - 6 A2 E.W
Matrix / Runout (Side B Runout Etching):
WARP LP - 6 B2 E/W
I will upload pictures. - I adore this album. I'd just landed a job with HMV UK the month it came out so I managed to bag a copy of the LP which I now see goes for £80+ FFS! Still baffles me that it includes Richie Hawtin's Spiritual High tho It's a techno banger! WTF??!
- My favorite album of all time, many tracks on here are my favorites from each artist (with some exceptions). If I only could ever give one album 6 stars, this would be it.
REPRESS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Edited 2 years agoAutechre - Crystel...ABSOLUTE CLASS! Played on a good system its mind blowing
Overall quite a historic album - No doubt this album will go down in history in years to come if not now ... A few tracks are cut to fit onto the album , pity it was not a double release .
- This was my favourite record for rolling a spliff, because the robot was using the record on the floor to roll a spliff. No idea where my copy went, probably gave it to my brother when I decided I preferred stupid techno.
- Dug this out after a good 20 years of not playing it. It is pure delight. something is wrong with today's music - where's the soul? Probably never existed with digital music - keep tweaking and making music with your hands and ears - not eyes. Sheer class, warmth and depth. Find yourself a decent copy and a good price if you can - it is a timeless piece of art.
