Show All 35 Reviews- Didn't expect any great sound from a 2011 print, but this print sounds superb!
My copy is signed by the band members. - Edited one month agoThis is the best pressed record I have ever heard. Absolutely 0 surface noise, no pops or crackles, and the music just shines. I’m dumbfounded by how good this sounds!
- I got a copy with the runout 87678 3A MOVLP 202 for Side A, Side B has 3B. It came in a nice inner sleeve and it sounds amazing.
- Blown away. Just absolutely blown away. You can really get lost in this pressing it sounds so incredible. Hardly any surface noise, really three dimensional mastering. I don’t have any other pressings to compare to this but it sounds breathtaking.
- No clipping, 10/10 quality, no noise or popping it’s a great LP. It is MOV, so the packaging is boring but other than that it’s one of my favorite pressings and a must have!
- brilliant pressing
MOV get a bad rap sometimes but i always find them to put out great sounding well pressed records
i cant complain when an original of this is just way too £££ now , got this for less than £20
i know they dont always cut from tape , but alot of this 90s stuff wasnt recorded completely analog anyway
A* from me - For those who are wondering, I emailed MOV and they said that they received a high resolution 96kHz/24-bit digital transfer of the original master tape. So, it sounds like an analog pressing, more or less.
- Superb mastering and pressing, I am usually reluctant in buying 90's vinyl represses, they usually sound like the CD but with more noise, click and pops, but I 3as surprised of this version, more dynamic and ethereal than my CD, definitely a version to have off one of the best albums from the 90s.
- Edited one year agoThis pressing is nothing but true to the original sound. Perfectly centered and flat disc, no surface noise - a couple faint clicks on B side but that's it. The mastering sounds on-par with hi-res lossless files. Music on Vinyl has been really consistent with their releases, definitely recommend this.
My only gripe is that the cover art and photo insert are a bit low-resolution, but that's negligible to me.
