Love the music. What can't flat records be pressed? I sent the first copy back because it was it was warped like a Stetson. The second version is slightly less warped, so slightly better. Audible defect throughout outside of both discs.
I love this album and I’m happy to finally have it on vinyl. I have the Blu Ray release tucked away somewhere…. Anyway. Great pressing. There’s a slight warp that should mellow over time, but other than that, it’s quiet and sounds great. I love that Beggs bass tone.
Lightweight 140 gram lp on glowing vinyl which is fairly quiet for such novelty items. It's been awhile since I've listened to this one and it makes you realize how much Steven Wilson has evolved. It's a pretty good album in his catalog, I'd currently rank it #3 behind Hand Cannot Erase and Harmony Codex. Fidelity wise it can't touch his latest solo effort or Continuation Closure from Porcupine Tree. This was Steven's effort as a prog record but that's not who he is anymore.
