Reviews
- Beautiful package, amazing art, the records look black but are actually deep transparent purple swirl under light. There is some light crackle for me, but it doesn’t disturb the music and the audio quality is excellent. Very good release!
- They rolled a nat 20 for this release: no noise to speak of on any sides, superb packaging and artwork (Tell me that inner gatefold art doesn't look like an 80's power metal band artwork) and the sound is phenomenal. The store page lists that this was mastered for vinyl and it really shows. The dynamic range score averages at DR11, but is often higher as well. It's simply a great release.
Standout track is Raphael's Final Act for me, what a phenomenal song!
This release comes highly recommended, one of the best video game vinyl soundtracks you can get at the moment. - Edited one month agoRecords sound flawless. Just a shame that the colour of them has turned out so dark.
The only way I've found to see the smoky purple colour is to hold the records to the light. They look pretty much Black when spinning on the turntable (and that's even with a white acrylic slipmat). - Amazing sound, clear and bright with perfect soundstage and no surface noise, real color only visible at bright light
- Very clean sound on all the discs, discs are very high quality, beautiful presentation, and the color of the discs is really subtle and matches the vibe of the included art.
- Very beautiful cover, 3 vinyls inside and outstanding fresque when you open the cover.
100% worth the cost.
