Reviews
- The release before Broadcast's "The Noise Made By People" and these albums sit very well together. Warp was on an easy listening vibe at the turn of the Millennium.
- Imagine yourself living in the retro-futuristic world portrayed in Terry Gilliam's 1985-movie "Brazil". Now, imagine Plone living there, composing masterpieces of moody scores for the "Brazil"-equivalent to our 60's and 70's detective series like "The Avengers" and "The Persuaders"...
Brings me glimpses of how an all electronic "Broadcast" (also on Warp) would sound like. Melancholic bliss!
