First proper release from Def Leppard and the first of 3 proper releases of this EP.
One hundred copies included lyric sheet inserts that vocalist Joe Elliott had photocopied during his lunch-break at work.

- The very 1st issues of the EP came with a folded lyric/picture insert-a fairly crude photocopy job. Frank Noon left the band fairly quickly after recording the EP but there is one known autographed sleeve with his signature along with the other band members.
- The original issue had a picture sleeve and an insert, this was limited to 150 copies. The next 850 copies had no insert. After that came the red label without picture sleeve and then the yellow label.
