Not my cup of tea for Classic Goa Trance, but if you like Goa Trance that is a bit more driving with intense urgency and somewhat dissonant sounds, then this will appeal to you. Nearly everything on this comp has a similar vibe which is a credit to the compiler of this collection. One track that is almost melodic is Lagoon-Skyliner and I like that one enough to look for it somewhere else if I can find it. But No....only found here.

The first record that really clearified for me that there was something new coming out from the Goa Trance-music, something much rougher, harder and much more furious than you would get from the regular goa-record - the name "Psychedelic" therefor fits very well IMO. Truly unique and refreshing sound at the time it was released, personally got bored of the whole "3D-vision-inyourface"-sound after not to long, but this one is a such a sweeeet compilation with many still today highly enjoyable tracks.
