Following l'Infonie's four long plays, co-founder poet\composer Raôul Duguay went on to record several solo long plays that spanned Infonie-inspired progressive psych madness to avant-garde weirdness to "out-there" New Age.

While 1979's "On s'm o Kebek" may have been Duguay's last 'progressive' recording, the hard-to-find "Douceur" from 1985 was perhaps the first harmonized New Age album to come out of Quebec.

Douceur (released on Duguay's own independant label) was the first of two superb synth-driven collaborations between Raoul Duguay (compositions, lyrics) and Ville Emard Blues Band's Michel Robidoux (Synclavier, Korg & Poly-Six synthesizers, guitars, Linn Drum machine, musical arrangements). Supporting the two are long-time band-mates Jimmy Tanaka (keyboards, percussion, guitar), Claude Garden (harmonica), Pierre Brault (synths), Claude Guay & Claude Arsenault (bass) and Bruno Fontaine (piano). Also on board are Pierre Leduc (flutes) and Jeff Fisher (Jupiter-8 synth).
