      To me, part of the charm of this release is how amusingly amateur the vocals sound, a little off-key and a lot of times unable to be understood clearly. But that doesn't drag down the excellence of the instrumentation, especially the consecutive trio of "Perfect Change", "Feel Alright", and "Freaky Dancing" -- some seriously catchy tracks, among the best I've heard from this era of 80s African electronic funk.
