“Revs/Cost” is the track on this 12” that made me buy it! All 3 tracks are cool, but that one is special!!

I’m probably the only one who’s favorite track is Revs/Cost? That one immediately grabbed me. Pivotal Moments in Life is gorgeous. I’m not even going to attempt to describe Impressions of a Rainstorm.

This is an essential release from the golden era of Levon’s output. I don’t care if you lean toward house, disco, techno, jungle, dubstep, UKG, or anything else…if you DJ or collect dance music, this one needs to be in the collection. One of those cornerstone records…a stepping stone.

One of my favorite records. Beautifully crafted, incredibly coherent, astonishingly good.

Pivotal Moments In Life is too perfect. I can't even begin to convey how much I love it.
That bass at the end is just. Ridiculous. All the love for the whole record <3

Some people seem to think they are reviewers for Levon Vincent productions. Claiming some kind of strange ownership over his music.

Christ, some of these reviews are totally ridiculous. There are 2 types of music in this world... Good & Bad... It's that simple.

                Brilliant record.

People don't half talk some pretentious shit when they go off about Levon Vincent. Great producer, but ffs...

With over a year of hindsight in tow with "Impressions," I'd like to say that I believe this may be Levon's best, most cohesive, and "polished" EP of all of them. Although each of his NS releases seem to introduce another chapter in the greater "novel" of Levon's musical struggle, this one feels particularly personal, lacking the floor-oriented drive of "Stereo System," "Six Figures," and "Man or Mistress," or the vague emotional turbulence present in "Making Headway," "DJSF," and "Medium." This is a record that focuses on bigger ideas and dreams--music that appeals to one's deeper sense of humanity, if I may.

Honestly, I'm always at a loss for words when trying to describe or overthink it. It's just one of the most finely crafted pieces of electronic music ever. Bottom line.

A solid 12" with 3 great tracks all varying in style with the peak timer on the main side and 2 deep as you like nuggets of deepness on the B-side. Superb release.
