I got the 12" for free in summer 1995: I was in a top 40 Discotheque, and the DJ gave out 5 free discs to the first person who could name who played "In The Summertime" (Mungo Jerry). 
The Last Poets - "The white man's got a God complex" from This is Madness, 1971- The sax line on this track was played, not sampled.
