Great, great record! At least when you hear the refrain you'll know what I mean. The synths in this parts are sooo catchy and you'll never forget the vocals again, I promise!
In Germany we call it an "earworm", a song that stuck in your head! :D
And because of this track my girlfriend is now into Italo-Disco too and normaly she's a hardcore Psy-Trance head!
Grab it when you can find a copy!

LOL "Ha-ha honey, go to sleep." "I know you really get pleased."

Exactly! Quirky little number indeed, and is quite the classic. The charming vocals reminds me of an asian person skatting in slightly imperfect English with an oddly infectious funky bassline, glittering bleeps and electro drum kit. It blooms into fluid, cold, moody 80's synth lines on the bridge and gone before you know it. 5 stars!

Italo usually has quirky vocals, but this one is quirky by anyone's standards. It's talk sung, in a sort of a "if Marlene Dietrich were clonked on the head and kidnapped by Mussolini during the war" way. And the laugh...it is truly fantastic, in an amazingly strange way. It's not clear who the vocalist is, but in terms of both tone and style it sounds rather like Betty Miranda (probably an outside chance of Finzy Kontini or the vocalist in Mya & the Mirror), but one can't be sure. But when can anyone EVER be sure with Italo? Not fast-tempo, it fits well with the often weird donwtempo afterparty-type music that's become popular this decade. Truly a singular record, in a genre filled with a lot of singular, often one-off records.
