You get the Tony De Vit "Original Mix" on this 12" which is an absolute classic Hard House track, it really does seem to have stood the test of time as it still sounds great. Plus you get the Paul James mix which is a nice nod to the original.
Tony De Vit left us this classic and it shows the difference between him and most of the hard house DJ's who came after - it has creativity mixes hard trance with the hard house (just like his later sets) and has a break of immense proportions - this is just an all round magnificent tune, I saw him play out twice Mirage in Windsor and Strawberry Sundae in Vauxhall, London and he tore the places down, Total creativity throughout his sets hard house, hard trance, bangin' house were all in the mix the complete opposite of so many hard house nights became afters his death.Tony De Vit - you are missed RIP.
Hugh track, right at the peak of HH success and probably most notable track by Tony. Tony was already popular but this is the one that became an anthem, a proper anthem. Tony is really like Scot project of Hard Trance, name that you can easily remember in a specific style one had. If Tony were still alive I'd believe he would have kept HH afloat because tracks like this would have been coming out by him.
The Dawn is by far the best hard dance tune EVER! The Paul Janes mix starts off all bouncy and the drops into an uplifting hard trance tune. The tune then goes all nutty and hard house before going all trancey again. Everytime I hear it I get shivers down my spine. This record should never leave your record box and neither should 'Are You All Ready'.
