- Trance being the standout word on the front sleeve, the series had transcended it's meaning by this time as there is really no trance on this compilation.
- Agree with the reviewer below. The weakest of the TEEX series.
After 3 amazing releases it went downhill with Volume 4 and this one is just not there anymore.
I remember buying this blindly when it came out. After all, one just had to look at the acts featured. The who's who of the 90's.
It ends up being quite bland or boring.
Only worth getting for the artwork and 90's aesthetics factor with Outcast being sort of the only redeeming factor trackwise.
- For me this is the weakest of the TEX series.
