- Will the sugar Minott cut on the I am a Levi riddim be ever released it has been on dub for years does any body no what the odds of this happening are ?
- Edited 18 years agoThe story goes, the day Ijahman was released from prison, he walked into the studio and sung this killer track in one take and completely off the bat. Such was his joy about being released. Also, rumour has it the original is so rare that Mark and Moritz of Basic Replay struggled to get the original artwork as not even Ijahman had a copy of the 7". A song about life, and living and the joy of it. Killer soul-reggae from one of the finest re-issue stables of the modern era.
