Another retro house EP. This record is proof that the culture of the 80s and 90s will be forever loved, revered, emulated, but never quite achieved again. Nothing outstanding, but certainly preferable to the generic hypnotic / stutter / minimal garbage we've been subjected to for the last decade.

House record of the year. There's literally nothing else that needs to be said.

Just spin Dee-Lite/Towa Tei or a Shinichiro Yokota record. I don't understand the hype here.

yes, repress announced in september 2025 (if pressing plants work in time) according to redeye records uk. still a long time to go... but hammering release if you like da old-skool-chi-town-ny-house-vibe. good to mix with "quirk special 2025"... seems to be hip this summer ;)

is this release just bs? how did this get on the top selling vinyl of the week? just a push of sales by the artist here? doesn't add up. comments here all look fake.

Sounds so authentic of the era it's channeling. What a ripper of a tune with an earworm of a melody that doesn't relent.
